I was too busy yesterday to post, but it seems the headlines are pretty bad anyway. Coverage I have seen has been dominated by Terrel Owens and Manny Ramirez. T.O. is coming up on his last years. His agent says many teams are interested, I see him in a Redskins uniform next season. Manny will lift the Dodgers to an NL West title next season and contend for NL MVP honors. In the off season next year, Manny and the Dodgers will go through the same thing since Manny has an opt-out clause after next season, even though it is a 2 year deal. LA will benefit short term, but expect the same type of circus next season.
Good night tonight for NBA Hoops.....Cavs v. Celtics, Nuggets v. Jazz, Phoenix v. Houston. Also, a good weekend of college hoops coming up. Keep an eye on those mid-major conference tournaments, if your favorite team is on the "bubble", you want no part of any upsets. There are also some key Big East, ACC and Big 12 showdowns that could determine #1 overall seeds in the tournament. Duke and UNC also, but UNC will destroy them.
